Besides the second generation of the Weber Genesis E 400 and 600 series, the rotisserie kit is also compatible with many other gas grills, grill carts, and smokers. Mounting the kit to your grill is quick and easy, allowing you to conveniently prepare roasts, chicken, turkey, and many other specialties.

To clean the rotisserie skewer set, simply disassemble it and clean it in water. For best results, soak the skewer in water for a few minutes before cleaning to make removing food residue easier.

The rotisserie skewer is distinguished by its remarkable stability and load-bearing capacity. It is designed to easily support loads of up to 4 kilograms without losing its integrity. This high load limit makes it a reliable tool, even for heavy cuts of meat or larger grilling projects.

Do not move the rotisserie spit during use. As various components can become very hot during operation, always wear heat-resistant gloves when handling the rotisserie spit. Only connect the motor to a grounded outlet and never open the motor housing to avoid the risk of electric shock. After use, unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing it. Regularly inspect the rotisserie spit for damage. Never use the motor if it is damaged, malfunctioning, or has been dropped – danger of electric shock.
